Build PMO- Step One

You and I both know the importance of Project Management in our critical everyday business processes, and you know what, setting up the proper Project Management Office helps with consistency all leading to successful repeatable processes.

But do all of us have a checklist to follow to make this new Project Management Office solid from day one?  When I built my very first one it included a lot of trial and error, too much error to be honest.  I wish someone had shown me a useful set of tricks to follow to be sucessful.

This part of my website is dedicated to these steps.  Some are easy and some are complicated, so we wont share them all at the same time.  No brain dumps here.  Instead we will share one each week, over a ten week period.  Id love to see some comments and questions along the way.
